"National brass band of Russia" — was established in 2003 by the Ministry of Culture of Russia on behalf of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. The main objective of establishing this orchestra is the further development of best traditions of national and world orchestral performance. This creative team allways accompanies activities of the Ministry of Culture.
